Really good service and immaculate facilities!
spacious room clean space replenished minibar
The hotel room was spacious. It was clean, and well-equipped (i was particularly impressed with the full-size toiletries). The minibar got restocked daily. It had soft drinks, water, and beer. The kettle and hospitality tray also were replenished each day.
Finding english-speaking staff sometimes was a slight challenge.

The main restaurant provided very nice variety with delicious food and desserts at every meal. There was even a 24-hour buffet restaurant. a separate sandwich and cake area for quick bites throughout the day, which i found useful (especially during late nights).

The outdoor swimming pool is large and perfect for relaxation. I noticed there is also an indoor pool and a kids club. Soft drinks got topped up every day (which the kids enjoyed).

i enjoyed the variety of the food offerings. the hotel provided multiple restaurants. i found the cleanliness to be excellent. the evening entertainment provided a good experience.
the rooms seemed a bit worn. the bathrooms looked old. i also noticed the night entertainment was not always consistent in quality.
